Justin Bieber was caught on camera peeing into a restaurant mop bucket... and laughing like he's the king of the world.
The clip was shot in NYC earlier this year -- sources tell TMZ Bieber and his friends were leaving some nightclub, exiting through a restaurant kitchen, and Bieber decided he needed to take a leak.
But rather than go to a bathroom like a normal person, Bieber whipped out his junk and whizzed into a yellow mop bucket used to clean the restaurant's floors ... meaning whoever's job it was to mop the place up had to physically change Bieber's pee water.
Watch the clip:
TMZ can't say for sure if the group was drunk, but it sure sounds like they were.
Oh yeah, at the end of the video, Bieber sprays a photo of Bill Clinton with cleaning liquid for some reason... saying, "F*** Bill Clinton!"
We don't know what Bill Clinton did to Justin Bieber...

(Jonathon M. Seidl) “We need to try figure out how to create education better.”
That was part of Miss Utah’s answer during Sunday’s Miss USA pageant. And it only got worse.
The 21-year-old beauty, Marissa Powell, was asked why women breadwinners continue to make less than men.
“I think we can relate this back to education, and how we are continuing to try to strive to [pause] figure out how to create jobs right now, that is the biggest problem,” she began. It was all down hill from there. There were several more awkward pauses and smiles.
You can watch the cringe-worthy answer below:
The response may have dethroned Miss Teen USA South Carolina Caitlin Upton in 2007. That answer about maps has become a classic:
If you’d like to hear Miss Utah USA answer some questions where she doesn’t choke, check out her pre-pageant video where she admits she believes in aliens:
Hopefully she recovers from this like Upton did, who went on to star on “The Amazing Race,” seems to be finding work as an actress and model, and even has fun with her famous flub on Twitter.
(Jason Howerton) A California man is in the doghouse after he accidentally sold his wife’s $23,000 diamond wedding ring for just $10 at a garage sale.
Looking to do something helpful, Eric Cloutier decided to clear out his home and sell some unused items at a garage sale earlier this month while his wife was in the hospital after giving birth to their fifth child.
What he didn’t know was that his wife, Racquel, 31, had hidden her expensive and cherished ring in an old watch box, which he ended up selling for a measly $10.
While she is understandably devastated, Racquel told ABC News she knows it was an accident.
“He didn’t know that before I went to the hospital, I put my ring in that box. I wanted the ring to be in a safe place and out of reach from my two-year-old twins,” she said.
When she arrived home, she couldn’t find the watch box she stashed her ring in.
“I go into my husband’s closet, can’t find the box, and then he tells me he sold it,” she recalled. “I said, ‘You sold it? What do you mean you sold it?’ I immediately started crying.”
