A 71-year-old Kissimmee man said he deserves to die in the electric chair after he was charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office said in a report released Wednesday.
Alberto Anres Rubi's collection of computers and storage devices were seized March 4 and he cooperated with the investigation.
"Alberto advised…the people responsible for putting the images of child porn on" the internet "should get the electric chair and 100 years in prison," his arrest report said. "Alberto stated in his case he needs the electric chair for what he did."
